We're growing fast and looking for a talented, self-sufficient Social Media Manager &amp; Content Creator to join our team on a part-time contractor basis.What you'll own:<ul><li>Designing graphics and visual assets (carousels, story templates, branded content)</li><li>Editing reels and short-form video</li><li>Writing captions in each client's brand voice</li><li>Scheduling and posting across platforms</li><li>Community engagement &mdash; responding to comments, DMs, and engaging with relevant accounts</li></ul>What we handle:<ul><li>Content strategy and creative direction</li><li>Content calendars and briefs</li><li>Client relationships</li></ul>You're a fit if you:<ul><li>Are fluent in Canva Pro (must have an active subscription)</li><li>Have an active AI subscription &mdash; Claude or ChatGPT (required)</li><li>Have managed social accounts for brands &mdash; not just personal pages</li><li>Can work independently from a brief without hand-holding</li><li>Have a sharp eye for aesthetics and on-brand content</li><li>Are organized, communicative, and deadline-driven</li><li>Have flexibility in your schedule for occasional team or client meetings</li><li>Adobe Creative Suite proficiency is a plus</li></ul>Details:<ul><li>Part-time, 1099 contractor</li><li>~15hrs/week to start</li><li>Remote, flexible schedule</li><li>$18&ndash;$22/hr dependent on experience and portfolio</li><li>Room to grow as the agency grows</li></ul>To apply, send your portfolio and a quick note about yourself to madison@vienna-and-co.com.Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Charleston, SC 29403
