Social Media Manager & Content Creator Vienna & Co. | Part-Time Contractor | Remote | $18–$22/hr DOE

Vienna & Co. is a creative marketing agency working with CPG and hospitality brands. We're growing fast and looking for a talented, self-sufficient Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team on a part-time contractor basis.

What you'll own:

• Designing graphics and visual assets (carousels, story templates, branded content)
• Editing reels and short-form video
• Writing captions in each client's brand voice
• Scheduling and posting across platforms
• Community engagement — responding to comments, DMs, and engaging with relevant accounts

What we handle:

• Content strategy and creative direction
• Content calendars and briefs
• Client relationships

You're a fit if you:

• Are fluent in Canva Pro (must have an active subscription)
• Have an active AI subscription — Claude or ChatGPT (required)
• Have managed social accounts for brands — not just personal pages
• Can work independently from a brief without hand-holding
• Have a sharp eye for aesthetics and on-brand content
• Are organized, communicative, and deadline-driven
• Have flexibility in your schedule for occasional team or client meetings
• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency is a plus

Details:

• Part-time, 1099 contractor
• ~15hrs/week to start
• Remote, flexible schedule
• $18–$22/hr dependent on experience and portfolio
• Room to grow as the agency grows
