The ideal teacher should be creative, fluent in English, and able to plan lessons based on Montessori / activity-based learning.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Teach English / EVS / Pre-primary Montessori curriculum depending on the assigned class.</li><li>Plan activity-based and experiential learning lessons (not only textbook teaching).</li><li>Conduct interactive learning activities such as:</li><li>Show &amp; tell</li><li>Role-play</li><li>Flashcards / phonics activities</li><li>Group work</li><li>Theme-based learning</li><li>Prepare teaching aids (charts, worksheets, manipulatives, etc.)</li><li>Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.</li><li>Monitor and record student progress.</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents regarding child performance.</li><li>Participate in school events, assemblies, and parent meetings.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Excellent English communication &amp; pronunciation</li><li>Classroom management skills</li><li>Ability to engage students through activities</li><li>Passion for teaching young children</li></ul>Qualifications:For Montessori/Pre-Primary Teacher:<ul><li>Montessori / Nursery / TTC / Early Childhood Education certification preferred</li></ul>For Primary Teacher (English/EVS):<ul><li>Any Graduation + B.Ed (preferred but not compulsory if highly skilled)</li></ul>Job Type:Full-time (Monday to Saturday)Experience:<ul><li>Freshers with good communication skills can apply</li><li>Experienced Montessori or pre-primary teachers preferred</li></ul>Salary:Based on experience and demo performanceHow to Apply:Send your resume to: Email: vbhs.contact@gmail.com Phone / WhatsApp: 9705353124Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
