Job Overview:

We are looking for passionate teachers who can teach through activities, storytelling, hands-on learning, and child-centered methods.
The ideal teacher should be creative, fluent in English, and able to plan lessons based on Montessori / activity-based learning.

Responsibilities:

• Teach English / EVS / Pre-primary Montessori curriculum depending on the assigned class.
• Plan activity-based and experiential learning lessons (not only textbook teaching).
• Conduct interactive learning activities such as:
• Show & tell
• Role-play
• Flashcards / phonics activities
• Group work
• Theme-based learning
• Prepare teaching aids (charts, worksheets, manipulatives, etc.)
• Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.
• Monitor and record student progress.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding child performance.
• Participate in school events, assemblies, and parent meetings.

Required Skills:

• Excellent English communication & pronunciation
• Classroom management skills
• Ability to engage students through activities
• Passion for teaching young children

Qualifications:

For Montessori/Pre-Primary Teacher:

• Montessori / Nursery / TTC / Early Childhood Education certification preferred

For Primary Teacher (English/EVS):

• Any Graduation + B.Ed (preferred but not compulsory if highly skilled)

Job Type:

Full-time (Monday to Saturday)

Experience:

• Freshers with good communication skills can apply
• Experienced Montessori or pre-primary teachers preferred

Salary:

Based on experience and demo performance
