Hi,We are hiring &quot; HR Generalist&quot; for our reputed client located at Taloja, Navi Mumbai.Experience: 8+ yrsSalary : 10,00,000 LPA - 12,00,000 LPAEducational Qualification :<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, BBA/MBA/PGDM , or any related field.</li></ul>Required Skills :<ul><li>Strong knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliance.</li><li>Understanding of labour laws and contract workforce regulations.</li><li>Proficiency in HR systems, MS Excel, and documentation.</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy.</li><li>Familiarity with QMS/PMS frameworks and audit processes.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities1. Payroll Management<ul><li>Collect, verify, and process employee attendance, leave records, and variable inputs.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll execution.</li><li>Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and related reconciliation.</li><li>Address employee queries related to payroll, deductions, and payslips.</li></ul>2. Post-Payroll Compliance<ul><li>Ensure timely filing and submission of statutory returns (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, etc.).</li><li>Maintain compliance documentation and statutory registers.</li><li>Support audits by providing payroll and compliance-related data.</li></ul>3. Quality Management System (QMS)<ul><li>Maintain and update HR-related SOPs, policies, and documentation under QMS.</li><li>Ensure HR processes adhere to organizational quality standards.</li><li>Participate in internal audits and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).</li></ul>4. Performance Management System (PMS)<ul><li>Support the design and rollout of the annual/biannual performance appraisal process.</li><li>Coordinate goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and final evaluations.</li><li>Maintain PMS records and support managers in ensuring process adherence.</li><li>Provide analytics and reports for performance improvement and talent development.</li></ul>5. Contract Labour Management (70%)<ul><li>Coordinate with contractors and vendors for deployment, attendance, and compliance documents.</li><li>Verify labour contracts, invoices, and statutory records like PF, ESIC, CLRA, and wage registers.</li><li>Ensure adherence to labour laws, safety norms, and HR policies by all outsourced staff.</li><li>Conduct periodic audits of contractor compliance and maintain up-to-date documentation.</li><li>Assist in dispute resolution and maintain harmonious relations between contract workers and management.</li></ul>6. General Administration (30%)<ul><li>Oversee facility management functions such as housekeeping, security, office supplies, and maintenance.</li><li>Manage travel arrangements, accommodations, and administrative support for employees.</li><li>Coordinate vendor management for administrative services.</li><li>Ensure a safe, clean, and productive work environment for employees.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;1,000,000.00 - &#8377;1,200,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
