<div><p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES:</b>
</p><ul><li>Must possess the knowledge and ability to read blueprints, including GD&amp;T, to determine machining to be done.
</li><li>Plan, layout, set-up and perform machining operations of a diverse nature to produce components for tools, test equipment, fixtures, jigs, dies, molds, mechanisms, prototype components, etc.
</li><li>Ability to measure and verify work.
</li><li>Performs difficult machining operations requiring complicated set-ups and occasionally improving the tooling and set-ups to perform unusual operations.</li><li>
Responsible for quality workmanship and dimensional accuracy of assigned projects.
</li><li>Program C.N.C machines utilizing CAMWORKS.
</li><li>Operate various equipment used in the process of making tools.
</li><li>Assembles parts into product and verifies dimensions and alignments.</li><li>
Sets-up and operates surface grinder to grind surface of parts.</li><li>
Maintaining a clean and orderly workplace</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><b>
EXPERIENCE:</b>
</p><ul><li>High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); and a bona fide apprenticeship plus four years experience or eight years of practical experience.</li></ul></div>
