What You&rsquo;ll Do

As a Pre Suit Case Manager, you&rsquo;ll guide clients from the moment they come to us until their case is resolved. You&rsquo;ll be their steady voice, their support system, and their advocate.<div> 
You will: 
<ul><li>Communicate with clients in English and Spanish with compassion and clarity</li><li>Coordinate medical treatment and make sure records and bills are obtained</li><li>Review and summarize medical records and damages</li><li>Prepare persuasive, well-structured demand letters</li><li>Participate in settlement strategy discussions</li><li>Reduce liens and prepare closing documents</li><li>Move cases forward proactively and meet monthly goals</li><li>Deliver a true 5 Star experience every step of the way</li></ul></div> 
What You Bring

As a Pre-Suit Case Manager at Viles and Beckman, you will guide clients from the moment they walk through our doors until their case is resolved. You will be their trusted voice, their support system, and their advocate.

Compensation:
$55,000 - $75,000 yearly
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Communicate with clients in English and Spanish with compassion, clarity, and consistency</li><li>
Build trust and maintain strong relationships throughout the life of the case</li><li>
Coordinate and track medical treatment</li><li>
Obtain, review, and summarize medical records and bills</li><li>
Prepare persuasive and well-structured demand letters</li><li>
Assist with settlement strategy and preparation</li><li>
Reduce liens and prepare closing documents</li><li>
Move cases forward proactively while managing a high volume of files</li><li>
Meet monthly goals for case progression and client satisfaction</li><li>

Qualifications:<ul><li>

Comfort using technology, including Microsoft Office, Filevine, and other tools</li><li>
Growth-minded attitude and openness to coaching</li><li>
Passion for client service and a heart for community</li><li>
