Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this vital role, you will serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR operations. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive workplace culture, ensure compliance with employment laws, and support strategic HR projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence workforce management and contribute to organizational success through effective human resources management practices.Duties<ul><li>Coordinate talent acquisition efforts by managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, or iCIMS, and supporting recruiting activities from sourcing to onboarding.</li><li>Facilitate employee orientation programs and assist with employee evaluation processes to promote continuous development.</li><li>Administer benefits programs, including benefits enrollment, benefits administration, and workers' compensation claims.</li><li>Support change management initiatives by assisting with organizational design, succession planning, and implementing HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.</li><li>Manage employee relations by addressing workplace issues promptly, mediating conflicts effectively, and ensuring compliance with employment &amp; labor law and OSHA standards.</li><li>Assist in performance management processes through data collection, performance reviews, and training &amp; development coordination.</li><li>Maintain accurate HR data entry records and ensure data integrity across HR systems like UltiPro, Dayforce, or PeopleSoft.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in human resources management or HR coordination roles with a focus on talent management and workforce management.</li><li>Strong knowledge of human capital management practices including FMLA administration, affirmative action planning, and OSHA compliance.</li><li>Demonstrated ability in project management with experience supporting HR sourcing strategies and implementing organizational change initiatives.</li><li>Familiarity with HR software platforms such as HHA.</li><li>Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.</li><li>Experience in conflict management, employee relations, and administering benefits programs is essential.</li><li>Prior administrative experience supporting HR functions such as data collection, contracts management, and social media management related to employer branding is advantageous.
