Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this vital role, you will serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR operations. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive workplace culture, ensure compliance with employment laws, and support strategic HR projects. Duties

  • Coordinate talent acquisition efforts by managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, or iCIMS, and supporting recruiting activities from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Facilitate employee orientation programs and assist with employee evaluation processes to promote continuous development.
  • Administer benefits programs, including benefits enrollment, benefits administration, and workers' compensation claims.
  • Support change management initiatives by assisting with organizational design, succession planning, and implementing HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing workplace issues promptly, mediating conflicts effectively, and ensuring compliance with employment & labor law and OSHA standards.
  • Assist in performance management processes through data collection, performance reviews, and training & development coordination.
  • Maintain accurate HR data entry records and ensure data integrity across HR systems like UltiPro, Dayforce, or PeopleSoft.

Experience

  • Proven experience in human resources management or HR coordination roles with a focus on talent management and workforce management.
  • Strong knowledge of human capital management practices including FMLA administration, affirmative action planning, and OSHA compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability in project management with experience supporting HR sourcing strategies and implementing organizational change initiatives.
  • Familiarity with HR software platforms such as HHA.
  • Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Experience in conflict management, employee relations, and administering benefits programs is essential.
  • Prior administrative experience supporting HR functions such as data collection, contracts management, and social media management related to employer branding is advantageous. Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
