ESI Motion is seeking a driven and experienced individual to join the Human Resources Department, establish and maintain rapport with managers and employees, assist in the development and execution of all Talent Acquisition, Recruiting and Employee Engagement strategies to support our organization’s current and future hiring needs.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver a high level of customer service. Source candidates through online platforms, social networks, and professional channels.
- Guide hiring managers and interview teams on best practices, including interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and communication aligned with ESI Motion’s values.
- Coordinate and lead the full interview and selection process, including screening calls, assessments, scheduling, and final interviews.
- Foster ongoing relationships with past applicants and potential candidates, including proactive outreach to passive talent.
- Ensure an efficient, positive, and professional candidate experience from application to offer, onboarding, and beyond.
- Support the development of job descriptions and interview questions aligned with departmental hiring needs.
- Implement sourcing and hiring strategies that attract top talent and align with organizational priorities.
- Assist with headcount forecasting, workload analysis, and departmental labor distribution reporting.
- Identify hiring trends, process improvements, and opportunities to enhance recruitment strategies and talent selection.
- Coordinate employee engagement programs, communication initiatives, and activities that strengthen company culture and employee connection.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the organization’s core values.
- Perform additional duties and support HR initiatives as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in talent pipeline development and sourcing passive candidates.
- Experience managing full‑cycle recruiting with various interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
- Familiarity with social media recruiting, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Experience recruiting technical and/or engineering talent is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong business acumen and ability to build effective cross‑functional relationships.
- Working knowledge of state and federal HR‑related compliance.
- Team‑oriented, collaborative, and adaptable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of diverse role types within an organization.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Education/Experience:
- The candidate we’re looking for should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or HR Generalist functions.
