Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Network Analyst who has or has recently obtained their CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification. The ideal candidate is eager to further their career by pursuing a CCNP/CCIE certification and has a strong passion for networking. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in network automation and a desire to develop their skills in Terraform, Ansible, and Python.This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development within a supportive and fast-paced environment. Please note that this position requires travel approximately 50% of the time.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.</li><li>Work in a virtual environment setting up a Digital Twin environment of a production environment.</li><li>Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal network operation and minimal downtime.</li><li>Perform routine network maintenance tasks, such as firmware updates, configuration backups, and security patches.</li><li>Collaborate with senior network engineers to develop and implement network solutions that meet business requirements.</li><li>Provide technical support to end-users and resolve network-related issues in a timely manner.</li><li>Document network configurations, changes, and procedures to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.</li><li>Participate in network-related projects and initiatives, contributing to the planning, execution, and successful completion of tasks.</li><li>Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in networking.</li><li>Travel to various client sites and company locations as required, approximately 50% of the time.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>CCNA certification.</li><li>Strong desire to pursue a CCNP certification and advance in the field of networking.</li><li>Strong desire in network automation and a desire to develop their skills in Terraform, Ansible, and Python.</li><li>Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a passion for networking and technology.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.</li><li>Willingness and ability to lift packages up to 50lbs.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development, including support for certification exams and training.</li><li>A collaborative and innovative work environment where your contributions are valued.</li><li>Access to the latest networking technologies and tools.</li><li>The chance to be part of a growing company with a strong commitment to employee success.</li></ul>Position Type:<ul><li>Full Time</li><li>Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Villa-Tech, Inc.
