Office Manager / BookkeeperOn-site, Part Time and/or Full TimeResponsibilities&middot; Compile data from five value streams: Auto repair, Towing, Carwash, Convenience Store, and Gasoline, primarily from &amp; to Quick Books, Towbook, Red River (convenience store software), Excel work books, network folders, and paper forms.&middot; Update daily/weekly/monthly metrics&middot; Share data where appropriate to guide performance&middot; Update pricing in convenience store&middot; Manage inventory levels and placing inventory orders from vendors.&middot; Work with vendors on what materials to carry for sale.&middot; Setup and make banks runs, twice weekly&middot; Assist in keeping our towing survey scores high by messaging customers twice a day.&middot; Potentially errands such as dropping off a customer from auto repair, or an urgent parts run.&middot; Potentially Costco or similar store trips.&middot; In time, cross train and back up other roles in the business, and teach others to back you up.&middot; As a small business, we all share in the random tasks that come before the team.Requirements&middot; Can reliably work a minimum of 25 hours per week, preferably closer to 40. This hourly role has some flexibility in schedule.&middot; Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel&middot; Some form of financial experience&middot; Able to self-learn softwares, (specifically Red River) from work instructions, manuals, online training, and contacting the support team (we pay a yearly service for this).&middot; Take on what you can to manage and improve the convenience store.Preferences&middot; Bookkeeping experience&middot; An interest to deep dive into understanding the businesses&middot; Any experience in Lean concepts and/or inventory management experience&middot; Able to keep accurate books, and still make time to become the convenience store manager.&middot; A willingness to obtain Food Service Safety Manager Certification.&middot; Management experienceLocationFormerly a Minnoco, we are now a Marathon.
