Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our small and mighty team. We enjoy loyal and generous customers that truly value long term connections with their local bartenders. previous employe reference required.<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.</li><li>Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.</li><li>Operate Clover POS system.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate supply needs to management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, alcohol service laws, and health guidelines across different venues including nightclubs and banquet halls.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in Clover POS system.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele in fast-paced environments like nightclubs or fine dining establishments.</li><li>Excellent time management to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.</li><li>Experience in food service, catering, or restaurant environments with a focus on food handling and safety procedures.</li><li>Familiarity with the food industry&rsquo;s standards for alcohol serving laws and responsible beverage service practices.</li><li>Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor; previous banquet or nightclub experience is a plus.
