Job Overview

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Operate Clover POS system.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate supply needs to management.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, alcohol service laws, and health guidelines across different venues including nightclubs and banquet halls.

Skills

• Proficiency in Clover POS system.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele in fast-paced environments like nightclubs or fine dining establishments.
• Excellent time management to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
• Experience in food service, catering, or restaurant environments with a focus on food handling and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with the food industry’s standards for alcohol serving laws and responsible beverage service practices.
