It's all about community, recreation, and good vibes.We're Looking for an Equine Program Director Who Gets It.The Part-Time Custodian/Housekeeper plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall member experience at the Club. This position is responsible for ensuring that all designated facilities are clean, well-stocked, and welcoming, with special attention to detail and consistency. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, values high standards, and understands the importance of a clean and well-maintained club environment.Our Culture Makes Us Successful:Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities&middot; Clean, sanitize, and stock all restrooms, always ensuring a high standard of cleanliness&middot; Clean and maintain kitchen areas, including surfaces, sinks, appliances, and floors&middot; Stock supplies as needed (paper products, soaps, cleaning materials, etc.)&middot; Wipe down and clean tables, chairs, countertops, and high-touch surfaces in all assigned common areas&middot; Maintain cleanliness in club common spaces, including but not limited to:&middot; Stone Building (interior and exterior patio)&middot; Tennis Pavilion&middot; Warming Hut&middot; Follow established detailing and deep-cleaning schedules for the Stone Building and other facilities&middot; Properly use, store, and maintain/inventory cleaning supplies and equipment&middot; Report maintenance issues, supply shortages, or safety concerns to management promptly&middot; Support additional cleaning needs related to club events, programs, and peak usage timesQualifications &amp; Skills&middot; Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for cleanliness&middot; Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic&middot; Willingness to follow established club and department procedures&middot; Scheduling flexibility, including willingness to work additional hours based on club events and registrations&middot; Ability to work independently and as part of a team&middot; Physical ability to perform custodial duties, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive motionsWork Environment &amp; ExpectationsThis position includes indoor and outdoor work environments and requires regular interaction with members, guests, and staff. The Custodian / Housekeeper is expected to perform all duties in a professional, courteous, and safety-conscious manner while maintaining the Club&rsquo;s standards.Position Type:Classification: Part-Time, Hourly, Non-ExemptSchedule: 16&ndash;20 hours per week (flexible)Compensation: $18&ndash;$21 per hour, based on experienceReports To: General ManagerPay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hourWork Location: In person
