Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Custodian to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. Your efforts will ensure that all spaces are hygienic, well-organized, and visually appealing, contributing to a positive experience for staff, visitors, and clients alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your custodial skills while supporting the overall cleanliness and maintenance of our premises.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal to uphold high standards of cleanliness.</li><li>Manage janitorial tasks in various areas including FD, offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces with attention to detail. External Village buildings to be maintained weekly.</li><li>Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as light repairs, painting touch-ups</li><li>Maintain supplies inventory and notify management when stock levels are low to ensure continuous operations.</li><li>Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning and maintenance activities to promote a secure environment.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior custodial or janitorial experience is desirable.</li><li>Experience with industrial cleaning processes and facilities maintenance is advantageous.</li><li>Familiarity with commercial cleaning and supplies is preferred.</li><li>Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods is required.</li><li>Join us in creating a clean, safe space where everyone feels comfortable and valued!</li></ul>Pay: From $21.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
