Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Custodian to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. Your efforts will ensure that all spaces are hygienic, well-organized, and visually appealing, contributing to a positive experience for staff, visitors, and clients alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your custodial skills while supporting the overall cleanliness and maintenance of our premises.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
• Manage janitorial tasks in various areas including FD, offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces with attention to detail. External Village buildings to be maintained weekly.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as light repairs, painting touch-ups
• Maintain supplies inventory and notify management when stock levels are low to ensure continuous operations.
• Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning and maintenance activities to promote a secure environment.

Experience

• Prior custodial or janitorial experience is desirable.
• Experience with industrial cleaning processes and facilities maintenance is advantageous.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning and supplies is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods is required.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
