Position Overview</p><p>
The Clinical Supervisor for Behavioral Wellness Coaches (BWCs) provides leadership, oversight, and clinical supervision to BWCs delivering school-based behavioral support services. This role is held by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who brings expertise in behavior analysis, supervision, and school-based interventions. The Clinical Supervisor ensures quality of care, fidelity of implementation, and professional development for BWCs while maintaining compliance with organizational and ethical standards.</p><p></p><p><br>

Key Responsibilities</p><p>
Supervision &amp; Leadership</p><ul><li><p>
Provide direct clinical supervision and performance oversight to BWCs.</p></li><li><div><br>
Deliver ongoing RBT supervision and mentorship in accordance with BACB standards.</div></li><li><div><br>
Provide consultation and support on behavioral strategies, data collection, and intervention development.</div></li><li><div><br>
Oversee onboarding, training, and development of BWCs.</div></li><li><div><br>
Conduct regular field observations, performance evaluations, and team coaching.</div></li><li><p><br>
Ensure alignment of BWC interventions with PBIS frameworks and applied behavior analysis principles.</p></li></ul><p><br>
Assessment &amp; Clinical Planning</p><ul><li><p>
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavior analytic assessments as needed.</p></li><li><div><br>
Develop and review individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment data.</div></li><li><div><br>
Use behavioral data to guide decision-making and treatment planning for high-needs students.</div></li><li><p><br>
Ensure BWCs are trained and implementing interventions with fidelity.</p></li></ul><p><br>
Documentation &amp; Compliance</p><ul><li><p>
Monitor BWC documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and clinical appropriateness.</p></li><li><div><br>
Ensure adherence to HIPAA, FERPA, and BACB ethical standards.</div></li><li><p><br>
Maintain records of supervision, assessments, and treatment planning activities.</p></li></ul><p><br>
Collaboration &amp; Communication</p><ul><li><p>
Serve as primary liaison between clinical leadership and BWC staff.</p></li><li><div><br>
Collaborate with school staff, educators, and administrative partners on student behavior planning.</div></li><li><div><br>
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and school care coordination efforts.</div></li><li><p><br>
Support crisis planning and de-escalation protocols in collaboration with BWCs and school teams.</p></li></ul><div></div><p><br>
What You&rsquo;ll Need To Be Successful In This Role:</p><p>
Education &amp; Certification</p><ul><li><p>
Master&rsquo;s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field (required).</p></li><li><div><br>
Active BCBA Certification in good standing (required).</div></li><li><p><br>
Licensed or license-eligible in California (preferred).</p></li></ul><p><br>
Experience</p><ul><li><p>
Minimum 3 years of experience in behavior analysis or school-based behavioral services.</p></li><li><div><br>
At least 1 year of experience supervising RBTs or behavioral support staff.</div></li><li><p><br>
Experience working with school-age children in diverse, underserved communities.</p></li></ul><p><br>
Skills &amp; Competencies</p><ul><li><p>
Expertise in ABA principles, BIP development, and FBAs.</p></li><li><div><br>
Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills.</div></li><li><div><br>
Ability to analyze behavioral data and guide clinical decision-making.</div></li><li><div><br>
Culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and student-centered approach.</div></li><li><div><br>
Proficient in clinical documentation and use of electronic health records.</div></li><li><p><br>
Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred, but not required.</p></li></ul><p>
