The Home Care Marketer will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and driving business growth through innovative marketing initiatives.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement multichannel marketing campaigns across digital platforms including social media, email, Google AdWords, and print advertising to reach target audiences effectively.</li><li>Manage content marketing efforts by creating engaging copy, blog posts, and visual content using Adobe Creative Suite tools to enhance brand storytelling.</li><li>Optimize website content using SEO best practices and manage WordPress sites to improve search engine rankings and user experience.</li><li>Utilize marketing automation tools and Google Analytics to track campaign performance, analyze data, and refine strategies for maximum impact.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform marketing plans.</li><li>Coordinate advertising sales efforts by establishing relationships with potential partners and clients through B2B marketing initiatives.</li><li>Manage social media accounts such as Facebook Advertising campaigns to increase engagement and lead generation.</li><li>Oversee budgeting for marketing projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various channels.</li><li>Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing strategies with company goals and service offerings.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and marketing automation platforms.</li><li>Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content tailored for different audiences.</li><li>Knowledge of E-commerce platforms and print advertising methods is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with research methodologies to gather insights on market trends and customer behavior.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.</li><li>Prior experience in B2B marketing or product management is a plus.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
