We offer career growth opportunities and tons of employee incentives.*Must be fluent in Spanish and EnglishDuties include (but not limited to):<ul><li>Answering calls on a multi-line phone system</li><li>Welcoming clients to our practice</li><li>Professional decorum as the &quot;face&quot; and &quot;voice&quot; of our practice</li><li>Scheduling and confirming appointments</li><li>Regular monitoring of and prompt response to emails, text messages, and voice-mails</li><li>Pro-active communication</li><li>Multitasking in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Problem-solving</li><li>Directing patient questions to the appropriate provider/assistant</li><li>Assisting patients with registering and helping them to complete necessary forms if needed</li><li>General understanding of procedures and treatments offered in our practice (will train)</li><li>Assisting clients with a selection of treatments and skincare (retail sales)</li><li>Inputting data into scheduling and CRM software</li><li>Assist surgical coordinator in scheduling surgical cases</li><li>Managing waiting room and main restroom keeping them clean and inviting throughout the day</li><li>Collecting payments, closing out POS, preparing cash deposits</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Medical Specialty:<ul><li>Medical-Surgical</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Cosmetic surgery clinic: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Medical receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Medical Spa: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Spanish (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Esthetician License (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
