Material Control SpecialistThe Material Control Specialist will oversee the delivery and return of construction materials and collaborate with vendors and superintendents regarding missing or damaged items.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify defective materials and track shipments</li><li>Survey job sites for window and door damage or defects</li><li>Ensure safety regulations are in compliance</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Excellent verbal, written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Thorough understanding of quality building practices</li><li>Ability to quickly identify problems and efficiently solve them</li><li>Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines</li></ul>Education and Experience:<ul><li>At least 4 years of experience in building trade preferred</li></ul>Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Must be able to access and navigate all areas of a construction site in all types of weather</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Health, dental, vision &amp; long-term disability insurance</li><li>Paid time off and holidays</li><li>401(k) company match</li></ul>Equal Employment Opportunity Statement:At Premier Fine Homes we are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
