Website Project Manager (Jamstack)OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and technically capable Website Project Manager to lead the development, launch, and ongoing improvements of our Jamstack-based eCommerce platform. This role requires strong communication, organization, and troubleshooting skills&mdash;plus a working knowledge of HTML or JavaScript. You&rsquo;ll collaborate with internal teams and third-party developers to ensure timely, efficient delivery of site updates, features, and fixes.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee the full lifecycle of our Jamstack website project&mdash;from planning and build to post-launch optimization.</li><li>Manage tasks and timelines using project management tools such as Smartsheet and Basecamp.</li><li>Serve as the main point of contact for third-party developers and coordinate all development efforts.</li><li>Translate business requirements into technical documentation, tickets, and workflows.</li><li>Conduct thorough QA testing for new features, bug fixes, and integrations before deployment.</li><li>Ensure site performance, speed, and scalability are maintained across devices and browsers.</li><li>Maintain a prioritized backlog and assist in sprint planning and milestone tracking.</li><li>Monitor Google Analytics (GA4) and other performance tools to inform decisions and measure results.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of experience managing eCommerce or web development projects (Jamstack experience strongly preferred).</li><li>Working knowledge of HTML and/or JavaScript; ability to understand basic front-end functionality.</li><li>Experience working with and managing third-party developers and contractors.</li><li>Proficient in Smartsheet and Basecamp, or similar project management tools.</li><li>Strong ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve across digital environments.</li><li>Proven track record in integrating complex digital systems, including APIs and 3rd-party tools.</li><li>Experience with QA processes and attention to detail in testing environments.</li><li>Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and eCommerce tracking best practices.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience with Cloudinary integration or other media asset management platforms.</li><li>Experience with UX/UI collaboration (e.g., working alongside designers or using tools like Figma).</li><li>Understanding of SEO, performance optimization, and tagging strategies.</li><li>Previous work in a consumer goods or direct-to-consumer eCommerce company.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $58,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Jamstack: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Mountain Top, PA 18707 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Integrations Specialist &ndash; Data &amp; Web SystemsOverviewThe Integrations Specialist is responsible for ensuring seamless data connectivity between internal systems, marketing platforms, and digital properties. This role manages product data feeds for both retailer partners and the company&rsquo;s own website, supports the MarTech stack across key channels, and maintains data quality and uptime. The ideal candidate is a technically skilled, detail-oriented professional who can bridge marketing, IT, and ecommerce to drive performance through data accuracy and system efficiency.Key Responsibilities1. Product &amp; Data Feed Management<ul><li>Build, implement, and maintain product data feeds for both retailer channels and the company&rsquo;s own ecommerce website.</li><li>Collaborate with MDM and PCM teams to ensure product information is complete, accurate, and consistently synchronized across platforms.</li><li>Proactively monitor feed performance and troubleshoot issues related to data mapping, errors, or downtime.</li><li>Optimize feeds for SEO, conversion, and channel-specific requirements.</li><li>Utilize tools such as Salsify or similar PIM platforms to streamline product syndication.</li></ul>2. Enhancing Data Utilization<ul><li>Work with marketing, sales, and IT to expand and optimize the company&rsquo;s MarTech ecosystem, including integrations across ERP, CRM, email, paid media, and social media platforms.</li><li>Ensure data flows support audience segmentation, personalization, and campaign attribution.</li><li>Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual data handling and improve reporting accuracy.</li></ul>3. Third-Party Website Executions<ul><li>Partner with the web team to implement and manage third-party integrations, scripts, and tracking pixels on company websites.</li><li>Support deployment of external web components such as reviews, personalization widgets, and analytics tools.</li><li>Ensure web integrations adhere to site performance, UX, and data compliance standards.</li></ul>4. Data Hygiene &amp; Quality Assurance<ul><li>Continuously monitor system integrations and data flows to identify and resolve issues such as data corruption, parsing errors, or attribution model decay.</li><li>Maintain high standards of data hygiene, including regular audits, validation processes, and feed quality checks.</li><li>Document integration workflows, API connections, and system dependencies for continuity and transparency.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Background in basic coding HTML, CSS, Javascript preferred</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing Technology, or a related field.</li><li>API Feeds.</li><li>3+ years of experience in data integrations, digital operations, or ecommerce systems management.</li><li>Hands-on experience with product feed management platforms such as Salsify, Feedonomics, or similar tools.</li><li>Experience with Cloudinary integration preferred</li><li>Familiarity with ecommerce ecosystems, including product catalogs, web CMS, and API integrations.</li><li>Strong understanding of MarTech tools (CRM, ERP, ESP, paid media, and analytics).</li><li>Technical proficiency with HTML, JavaScript, and API concepts.</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Data Integration: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Mountain Top, PA 18707 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
