Integrations Specialist – Data & Web Systems
Overview
The Integrations Specialist is responsible for ensuring seamless data connectivity between internal systems, marketing platforms, and digital properties. This role manages product data feeds for both retailer partners and the company’s own website, supports the MarTech stack across key channels, and maintains data quality and uptime. The ideal candidate is a technically skilled, detail-oriented professional who can bridge marketing, IT, and ecommerce to drive performance through data accuracy and system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product & Data Feed Management
- Build, implement, and maintain product data feeds for both retailer channels and the company’s own ecommerce website.
- Collaborate with MDM and PCM teams to ensure product information is complete, accurate, and consistently synchronized across platforms.
- Proactively monitor feed performance and troubleshoot issues related to data mapping, errors, or downtime.
- Optimize feeds for SEO, conversion, and channel-specific requirements.
- Utilize tools such as Salsify or similar PIM platforms to streamline product syndication.
2. Enhancing Data Utilization
- Work with marketing, sales, and IT to expand and optimize the company’s MarTech ecosystem, including integrations across ERP, CRM, email, paid media, and social media platforms.
- Ensure data flows support audience segmentation, personalization, and campaign attribution.
- Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual data handling and improve reporting accuracy.
3. Third-Party Website Executions
- Partner with the web team to implement and manage third-party integrations, scripts, and tracking pixels on company websites.
- Support deployment of external web components such as reviews, personalization widgets, and analytics tools.
- Ensure web integrations adhere to site performance, UX, and data compliance standards.
4. Data Hygiene & Quality Assurance
- Continuously monitor system integrations and data flows to identify and resolve issues such as data corruption, parsing errors, or attribution model decay.
- Maintain high standards of data hygiene, including regular audits, validation processes, and feed quality checks.
- Document integration workflows, API connections, and system dependencies for continuity and transparency.
Qualifications
- Background in basic coding HTML, CSS, Javascript preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing Technology, or a related field.
- API Feeds.
- 3+ years of experience in data integrations, digital operations, or ecommerce systems management.
- Hands-on experience with product feed management platforms such as Salsify, Feedonomics, or similar tools.
- Experience with Cloudinary integration preferred
- Familiarity with ecommerce ecosystems, including product catalogs, web CMS, and API integrations.
- Strong understanding of MarTech tools (CRM, ERP, ESP, paid media, and analytics).
- Technical proficiency with HTML, JavaScript, and API concepts.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
