Job Description:&middot; 5+ years&rsquo; experience performing Production Support for Mission Critical, high performance applications (Customer Care, Retail and eCommerce customer/agent facing application experience preferred)&middot; Experience using Docker, Kubernetes and Microsoft Azure Cloud, UNIX, Networking and troubleshooting knowledge&middot; Experience with Application &amp; Infrastructure Performance Monitoring tools like Dynatrace&middot; Experience with Application Log Analytics tools like Elastic&middot; Experience with visualization tools like Kibana and Grafana. EFK stack experience preferred&middot; Creation of Dashboards on Dynatrace, ELK and Grafana&middot; Debugging java log, debugging microservices log&middot; Experience in Relational &amp; NoSQL databases like Oracle &amp; Cassandra&middot; Experience with Site Reliability Engineering preferredGenerative AI and Workflow Automation skills:&middot; Demonstrated experience leveraging AI driven tools for automating end to end operational workflows&middot; Demonstrated experience using Text Generative &amp; Code Generative AI Models&middot; Automation, Gen AI &amp; Agentic Workflow Technical Skills to include&middot; GPT 4o LLM - Advanced&middot; LangGraph and LangChain&middot; Google DialogFlow(Api.ai)&middot; Google Vertex&middot; Databricks, Spark, SnowflakeJob Type: ContractPay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In person
