<div><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>We are seeking a Payroll/HR Specialist to join our team in Portland, OR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining employee records, and assisting with various HR functions.</b></h1>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Responsibilities:</b></h3>
<ul><li>Process payroll for a multi-EIN company on a bi-monthly basis</li>
<li>Maintain accurate employee records and files</li>
<li>Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation</li>
<li>Writes job descriptions and recruits for positions across the company</li>
<li>Works with the HR Director to craft and write policy, SOPs, and train employees</li>
<li>Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits</li>
<li>Collaborate with General Managers on employee engagement activities</li>
<li>Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications:</b></h3>
<ul><li>2+ years of experience in payroll and HR</li>
<li>Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information</li>
<li>Willing to travel to locations throughout the Northwest as needed</li></ul></div>
