Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Material Inspection:Verifying the quality, properties, and specifications of incoming raw materials like steel.</li><li>Process Control:Monitoring manufacturing processes, especially welding and fabrication, to ensure they meet design and engineering specifications.</li><li>Testing &amp; Inspection:Performing visual and non-destructive tests (such as ultrasonic or magnetic particle testing) on PEB members to identify defects like cracks, pinholes, and damages.</li><li>Documentation:Creating and maintaining quality assurance documents, records, and reports, including material test reports and supplier certificates.</li><li>Defect Management:Documenting defects, coordinating for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and guiding teams on rectification.</li><li>Client Interaction:Providing clients with test reports, managing approvals for quality documents, and coordinating client audits and inspections.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.02 - &#8377;20,000.19 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
