Job Title: Purchase Manager – PEB StructuresKey Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement strategies for sourcing raw materials (steel, profiles, fasteners, etc.) and components for PEB manufacturing, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers; maintain strong relationships with local and international vendors; conduct performance reviews.
- Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to secure competitive rates, favorable payment terms, and quality assurance.
- Inventory & Production Alignment: Monitor stock levels, forecast material needs, and coordinate with production/project teams to ensure timely material availability, preventing shortages or overstocking.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all procured materials meet required quality standards and specifications; manage export/import compliance if needed.
- Data & Reporting: Analyze procurement data, market trends, and supplier performance; maintain accurate purchase records, comparison statements, and purchase orders (POs).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Project Heads, Engineering, and Finance to understand needs, track deliveries, and process vendor payments.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in procurement, ideally within the PEB, fabrication, or construction materials industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication (verbal & written), and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills for market research, cost analysis, and data interpretation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement software.
- Knowledge of international trade, logistics, and customs procedures is a plus.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹30,000.07 - ₹50,000.67 per month
