Job Title: Billing &amp; Estimation EngineerLocation: Bibvewadi, Pune Job Type: Full-time | On-siteKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates</li><li>Prepare and verify contractor RA &amp; final bills</li><li>Record site measurements and maintain MBs</li><li>Perform rate analysis and track material consumption</li><li>Assist in budget monitoring, cost control, and variations</li><li>Coordinate with site engineers and contractors for billing approvals</li><li>Maintain billing records, summaries, and MIS</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of billing, estimation, and quantity surveying</li><li>Ability to read civil drawings and BOQs</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory) and MS Office</li><li>Knowledge of AutoCAD for quantity extraction</li><li>Good analytical and coordination skills</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>B.Tech / BE (Civil) or Diploma in Civil Engineering</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in construction billing &amp; estimation</li></ul>How to ApplyApply via email your resume to viracare2@gmail.comJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
