Job Title: Billing & Estimation Engineer

Location: Bibvewadi, Pune
Job Type: Full-time | On-site

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates
• Prepare and verify contractor RA & final bills
• Record site measurements and maintain MBs
• Perform rate analysis and track material consumption
• Assist in budget monitoring, cost control, and variations
• Coordinate with site engineers and contractors for billing approvals
• Maintain billing records, summaries, and MIS

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of billing, estimation, and quantity surveying
• Ability to read civil drawings and BOQs
• Proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory) and MS Office
• Knowledge of AutoCAD for quantity extraction
• Good analytical and coordination skills

Qualifications

• B.Tech / BE (Civil) or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in construction billing & estimation
