Quantity Surveyor - Interiors

Role Summary

Responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing Bills of Quantities for construction projects, ensuring accurate cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and compliance with project specifications and drawings.

Key Responsibilities

Perform quantity take-offs from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material summaries as per project requirements.

Analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings for completeness and accuracy.

Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to clarify scope and quantities.

Assist in cost planning, budgeting, and value engineering activities.

Track quantity changes and prepare variations / change orders.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and project guidelines.

Support in vendor/subcontractor comparisons and evaluations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹43,724.71 per month
