As a Social Media Assistant, you will play a crucial role in creating compelling video content that aligns with our clients' brand identities and resonates with their target audiences across various social media platforms.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Content Creation: Conceptualize, edit, and produce high-quality video content for multiple clients across various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.</li><li>Project Management: Effectively manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed client expectations.</li><li>Client Communication: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, goals, and feedback, and translate their ideas into engaging video content that drives results.</li><li>Creative Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media video content creation to continually innovate and enhance our offerings.</li><li>Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all video content to reinforce each client's unique identity and strengthen their online presence.</li><li>Optimization and Analytics: Monitor the performance of video content using analytics tools, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize engagement and reach.</li><li>Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as graphic designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to ensure seamless integration of video content into overall marketing campaigns.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Must have experience editing and posting content on social media platforms.</li><li>Proficiency in video editing software such as Instagram Edits, Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.</li><li>Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.</li><li>Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.</li><li>Time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Creative flair and attention to detail with a passion for storytelling through video.</li><li>Portfolio showcasing previous work and demonstrating creating and posting content on social media platforms</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience (1+ years) in social media content creation or digital marketing.</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.</li><li>Strong spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills to maintain high-quality content.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Instagram Edits, Capcut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) for creating and editing short-form videos.</li><li>Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize content strategies.</li><li>Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines consistently.</li><li>Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.</li><li>Passion for social media marketing and a creative mindset to generate engaging content ideas.</li></ul>Note: We are looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional social media content.
