Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and motivated Social Media Assistant to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling through video, experience creating social media content on a phone, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Social Media Assistant, you will play a crucial role in creating compelling video content that aligns with our clients' brand identities and resonates with their target audiences across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Conceptualize, edit, and produce high-quality video content for multiple clients across various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
• Project Management: Effectively manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed client expectations.
• Client Communication: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, goals, and feedback, and translate their ideas into engaging video content that drives results.
• Creative Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media video content creation to continually innovate and enhance our offerings.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all video content to reinforce each client's unique identity and strengthen their online presence.
• Optimization and Analytics: Monitor the performance of video content using analytics tools, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as graphic designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to ensure seamless integration of video content into overall marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience editing and posting content on social media platforms.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Instagram Edits, Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative flair and attention to detail with a passion for storytelling through video.
• Portfolio showcasing previous work and demonstrating creating and posting content on social media platforms

Requirements:

• Proven experience (1+ years) in social media content creation or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.
• Strong spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills to maintain high-quality content.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Instagram Edits, Capcut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) for creating and editing short-form videos.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize content strategies.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Passion for social media marketing and a creative mindset to generate engaging content ideas.
