Ideal candidates are team-oriented and will collaborate closely with their co-teacher, the Kindergarten teaching team, and the Director of Elementary School.An enthusiastic, positive, creative and nurturing Elementary Teacher who knows the ages and stages of childhood development; responsible for planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate, whole child, progressive educational curriculum for children cognitively, socially, emotionally, morally and physically; has a growth mind-set and is a lifelong learner.Virginia Chance School looks for employees who possess high intellect and content-area knowledge who are creative and passionate about teaching and learning and leading.
