Position Summary 
The Bench Player provides flexible, parttime operational support during peak season (May&ndash;August). This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality. Equipment is provided to complete the task.
Here's what you'll do:<ul><li>
Work up to 20+ flexible hours per week during the busy season, with the work week running Saturday through Friday.</li><li>
Maintain a dedicated home office equipped with secure, highspeed internet.</li><li>
Keep workspaces organized and clean.</li><li>
Complete Virtual's security training and handle all confidential documents appropriately.</li><li>
Work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating reliability and selfmotivation.</li><li>
Attend and complete initial training during business hours (7:00 A.M.&ndash;3:30 P.M. CST).</li><li>
Follow established process documents and meet productivity expectations of 15&ndash;20 scans per hour.</li><li>
Proactively identify and recommend improvements to processes, communication, and work quality, collaborating with department leadership on approved changes.</li><li>
Contribute to a positive experience for all staff and candidates.</li><li>
Log into Microsoft Teams and the &quot;Bench Player&quot; chat group at the start of each work session, and log off with completed totals at the end of each session.</li><li>
Record all hours worked daily in our time entry system, Tenrox.</li></ul>
