Application Processing Associate (Temp) - Nashville, TN

Start Date - May 2026

End Date - August 2026 (based on application volumeopportunity to extend)

Pay rate - $15/hour

Schedule - Up to 20 hours/week

Location - Nashville, TN or remote/work from home

Position Summary
The Bench Player provides flexible, parttime operational support during peak season (May–August). This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality. Equipment is provided to complete the task.

Here's what you'll do:

• Work up to 20+ flexible hours per week during the busy season, with the work week running Saturday through Friday.
• Maintain a dedicated home office equipped with secure, highspeed internet.
• Keep workspaces organized and clean.
• Complete Virtual's security training and handle all confidential documents appropriately.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating reliability and selfmotivation.
• Attend and complete initial training during business hours (7:00 A.M.–3:30 P.M. CST).
• Follow established process documents and meet productivity expectations of 15–20 scans per hour.
• Proactively identify and recommend improvements to processes, communication, and work quality, collaborating with department leadership on approved changes.
• Contribute to a positive experience for all staff and candidates.
• Log into Microsoft Teams and the "Bench Player" chat group at the start of each work session, and log off with completed totals at the end of each session.
• Record all hours worked daily in our time entry system, Tenrox.
