About the Role:We are looking for a highly skilled Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. You&rsquo;ll work closely with the design and backend teams to deliver high-quality, performance-driven applications with intuitive and scalable architecture.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and maintain high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.</li><li>Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to build responsive and user-friendly UIs.</li><li>Implement effective state management using Provider, Riverpod, GetX, or BLoC.</li><li>Integrate Firebase services (Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Functions, Realtime Database) and RESTful / GraphQL APIs.</li><li>Manage local and cloud databases such as SQLite and Firebase Firestore.</li><li>Write and maintain unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure code reliability.</li><li>Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and load times.</li><li>Work with Git for version control and collaborative development.</li><li>Configure CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or similar tools.</li><li>Debug and resolve issues, ensuring seamless functionality across multiple devices and OS versions.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>3+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter development for Android and iOS.</li><li>Strong command of Dart programming language and Flutter framework.</li><li>Experience with state management (Provider, Riverpod, GetX, BLoC).</li><li>Proficiency in Firebase integration (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Notifications).</li><li>Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and JSON data handling.</li><li>Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and Flutter&rsquo;s widget library.</li><li>Skilled in app performance optimization, debugging, and testing.</li><li>Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and collaborative development environments.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.</li></ul>Nice to Have:<ul><li>Experience building e-commerce, real-time, or enterprise applications.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.</li><li>Knowledge of push notifications, in-app purchases, or payment gateway integrations.</li></ul>Education:Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In personExpected Start Date: 24/10/2025
