Flutter Developer - Mobile App Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. You’ll work closely with the design and backend teams to deliver high-quality, performance-driven applications with intuitive and scalable architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to build responsive and user-friendly UIs.
• Implement effective state management using Provider, Riverpod, GetX, or BLoC.
• Integrate Firebase services (Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Functions, Realtime Database) and RESTful / GraphQL APIs.
• Manage local and cloud databases such as SQLite and Firebase Firestore.
• Write and maintain unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure code reliability.
• Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and load times.
• Work with Git for version control and collaborative development.
• Configure CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or similar tools.
• Debug and resolve issues, ensuring seamless functionality across multiple devices and OS versions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter development for Android and iOS.
• Strong command of Dart programming language and Flutter framework.
• Experience with state management (Provider, Riverpod, GetX, BLoC).
• Proficiency in Firebase integration (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Notifications).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and JSON data handling.
• Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and Flutter’s widget library.
• Skilled in app performance optimization, debugging, and testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and collaborative development environments.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have:

• Experience building e-commerce, real-time, or enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of push notifications, in-app purchases, or payment gateway integrations.

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
