Role SummaryThe Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for planning and executing campaigns to generate high-quality leads across all VIS programs. This includes creating and managing digital campaigns, handling inbound lead inquiries, and ensuring all leads meet the pre-defined quality standards before passing them to the recruitment or admissions teams. The role is fully remote, with performance tied to measurable lead-generation targets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation Campaigns<ul><li>Create, launch, and optimize digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube) to drive leads for VIS verticals.</li><li>Manage job board postings (Indeed, Naukri, Shine, TimesJobs) for workforce and hospitality recruitment.</li><li>Maintain landing pages, lead capture forms, and chatbots to maximize conversions.</li><li>Identify new lead-generation opportunities: WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels, referral networks, and industry forums.</li></ul>Lead Management &amp; Quality Control<ul><li>Monitor inbound leads, verify initial data, and ensure they meet eligibility criteria before transferring to recruiters or program managers.</li><li>Apply pre-screen filters (experience, education, location, budget/visa readiness) to classify &ldquo;hot,&rdquo; &ldquo;warm,&rdquo; and &ldquo;cold&rdquo; leads.</li><li>Maintain a CRM/ATS system to track all leads and their stages.</li></ul>Content &amp; Outreach<ul><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to design creatives, ads, and videos for different VIS programs.</li><li>Send bulk emails, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns to nurture existing leads.</li><li>Conduct A/B testing on ad copy and creatives to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead (CPL).</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Optimization<ul><li>Report daily and weekly lead-generation metrics to Digital Marketing Manager and Recruitment Head.</li><li>Track CPL, lead quality scores, and conversion-to-application ratios.</li><li>Adjust campaigns and channels based on performance analytics.</li></ul>Performance Expectations / KPIs<ul><li>Generate X number of quality leads per week for each VIS vertical (targets set monthly).</li><li>Maintain CPL under target (e.g., under &#8377;100 for student leads, under &#8377;250 for hospitality leads).</li><li>Achieve minimum 30&ndash;40% qualified-to-application conversion rate.</li><li>Keep CRM updated with 100% accuracy for all leads.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or inside sales (education or recruitment sector preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CRM systems.</li><li>Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for quality and cost.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.</li><li>Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a remote environment.</li></ul>Salary &amp; Incentives (Work From Home) : Up to &#8377;18,000 + Incentive + Bonus Key Competencies<ul><li>Data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Creative thinking for campaigns.</li><li>High accountability and self-management in remote work.</li><li>Ability to multitask across multiple VIS verticals.</li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>Full-time work-from-home with reliable internet and a quiet workspace.</li><li>Expected to be online during standard business hours, with occasional evening reporting calls.</li><li>Must attend weekly online strategy meetings with Marketing and Recruitment Heads.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;18,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>
