Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM CST (Night Shift IST)

Salary:

Up To ₹40,000/month (based on creativity, experience, and results)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an original, creative, and proactive Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of the digital presence for our U.S.-based restaurants and retail businesses. This role requires someone who can not only create engaging content but also bring fresh marketing ideas that drive foot traffic and in-store saleswithout relying heavily on ChatGPT or AI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, Google Business, and TikTok for each location and brand.
  • Design and publish original and on-brand content (posts, reels, stories, videos) using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express.
  • Coordinate with store managers to gather real-time content: product photos, staff moments, customer engagement, promotions.
  • Suggest and launch creative in-store marketing campaigns (e.g., BOGO offers, contests, event days) to drive foot traffic.
  • Respond to reviews, DMs, and comments while maintaining a consistent and positive brand voice.
  • Track post performance, generate weekly analytics reports, and adjust content strategies based on engagement and footfall impact.
  • Stay updated on U.S. holidays, promotions, and local competitor activity to align campaign timing and messaging.
  • Propose marketing ideas independently—we want originality, not content that’s copied or generated by ChatGPT.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on social media management experience, preferably for QSR (Quick Service Restaurants), retail chains, or food businesses.
  • Demonstrated ability to create original, non-AI-generated content that drives engagement and store-level impact.
  • Skilled in social media design and video tools (Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite).
  • Strong copywriting ability with a clear, casual, and customer-friendly tone.
  • Understanding of U.S. consumer behavior, seasonal marketing trends, and how to create local buzz.
  • Must be independent, creative, organized, and capable of managing multiple brand pages at once.
  • Fluent in English with strong written communication.

Work Setup Requirements:

  • High-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps).
  • Dedicated Desktop setup for work from home.
  • Distraction-free, dedicated workspace for night-shift operations.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience running Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns targeting U.S. customers.
  • Basic photography or short-form video editing skills.
  • History of generating campaign ideas that directly increased customer visits or sales.
