Behaviour Mentor Northumberland £13.68 per hour Immediate StartThe School and RoleAre you calm, confident, and resilient when supporting young people? Do you want to make a real difference to pupils emotional wellbeing and behaviour? Are you passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning?We are currently seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join our excellent supply agency and work in SEND and mainstream schools across Northumberland. You will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to create a positive, structured learning environment where young people can succeed.This is a rewarding role for someone passionate about supporting pupils in building self-regulation, social skills, and confidence.
