The role involves performing routine maintenance tasks, minor repairs, and coordinating with external service providers when needed to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for customers and staff.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Check and ensure proper functioning of electrical fixtures, lighting, fans, air conditioning units, and plumbing systems.</li><li>Carry out minor repair works such as painting, fixing leaks, and replacing bulbs or switches.</li><li>Monitor and maintain tools, cleaning materials, and maintenance supplies.</li><li>Report any major maintenance issues or breakdowns to the manager immediately.</li><li>Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance services (e.g., AC, electrical, plumbing).</li><li>Ensure all safety and hygiene standards are maintained within the premises.</li><li>Support event or display setup and dismantling as required.</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.</li><li>Ability to handle cleaning tools and maintenance equipment.</li><li>Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.</li><li>Minimum qualification: ITI in Electronics (preferred).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;13,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Executive Maintenance

<ul><li>Performing preventive maintenance procedures on vehicles to ensure they run smoothly</li><li>Troubleshooting mechanical problems in vehicles, equipment, or machinery</li><li>Diagnosing problems in vehicles, engines, transmissions, brakes, steering systems, electrical systems, etc. and recommending solutions</li><li>Maintaining inventory of parts and supplies needed to perform repairs</li><li>Performing minor repairs, such as replacing brake pads, oil changes, tire rotations, replacing filters, etc.</li><li>Installing new parts into vehicles as needed</li><li>Performing diagnostics tests on electronic systems such as computerized engine control units (ECUs) to identify problems with the system</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Muvattupuzha, Muvattupuzha - 682316, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Senior technician: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
