Executive Maintenance

The role involves performing routine maintenance tasks, minor repairs, and coordinating with external service providers when needed to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check and ensure proper functioning of electrical fixtures, lighting, fans, air conditioning units, and plumbing systems.
• Carry out minor repair works such as painting, fixing leaks, and replacing bulbs or switches.
• Monitor and maintain tools, cleaning materials, and maintenance supplies.
• Report any major maintenance issues or breakdowns to the manager immediately.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance services (e.g., AC, electrical, plumbing).
• Ensure all safety and hygiene standards are maintained within the premises.
• Support event or display setup and dismantling as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
• Ability to handle cleaning tools and maintenance equipment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Minimum qualification: ITI in Electronics (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
