BLACKFIRE PRO offers us the ability to reach globally through our Westfield, IN distribution center.POSITION SUMMARY:We are seeking a skilled Web and Techinical Support contractor to provide support for:1. The management and implementation of a variety of ongoing web development projects2. Providing customers with general support and technical advice about automotive detailingAutogeek.com is an ecommerce operation. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside industry leaders in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Support multiple aspects of the Vision Investments Web &amp; Customer Support team including:1. Autogeek.com site (promotions, listings, A+ content)2. BigCommerce (Web Platform)3. Zendesk (Customer support)CONTRACTED DUTIES:<ul><li>Oversee website pages, content, promotions, and customer service</li></ul><ul><li>Diagnose common recurring inquiries and engage to correct the best available support</li></ul><ul><li>Assure all Autogeek listings are accurate, optimized, and positioned for the highest conversion rates</li></ul><ul><li>Manage returns, RMA&rsquo;s, charge-backs, and website order approvals</li></ul><ul><li>Create optimized listings, product descriptions, thumbnail images, and A+ content for all listings on the Autogeek website</li></ul><ul><li>Upload optimized product listings, enhance keyword &amp; SEO performance, and analyze sales data to identify growth and overall account performance on Autogeek.</li></ul><ul><li>Study and understand competitors for listings, pricing, and sales growth of our items on Autogeek</li></ul><ul><li>Use data analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive insights, and new product listing opportunities via a strategic decision-making process.</li></ul><ul><li>Generate weekly reports to track KPIs providing actionable insights for continuous improvement</li></ul><ul><li>Assist customers along all steps of the purchasing process to provide an exceptional customer experience</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; REQUIREMENTS:Education<ul><li>Minimum of 2 years relevant experience with car care products</li></ul><ul><li>General understanding and experience with BigCommerce Web platform</li></ul><ul><li>2-year associate degree or 4-year college degree preferred</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Monitor all Autogeek listings to assure accuracy and quality</li></ul><ul><li>Assist sales, promotions, and SEO strategies</li></ul><ul><li>Utilize trackers and/or ticket systems (ZenDesk) to resolve issues and incidents</li></ul><ul><li>Communicate effectively to resolve technical issues</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with internal teams for the betterment of our business</li></ul>Skills/Experience<ul><li>Self-motivated and good communicator capable to collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders</li></ul><ul><li>Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong attention to detail</li></ul><ul><li>Strong organizational &amp; analytical skills with a proficiency in data analysis with the ability to interpret data sets to drive business growth</li></ul><ul><li>Computer proficiency.
