Looking for a Med Tech for a Large Assisted Living Facility!Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hourJob description:Starting at $18 per hour, depending on experience. Part Time AM/PM/NOC able to work Flexible schedule and weekends.At Vista Del Mar our mission is to provide the highest level of assisted living service. Benefits for full time employees include health, vision, dental insurance, and paid time off.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist and supervise residents with medication administration.</li><li>Regular, ongoing communication with the pharmacy, families, residents and management staff.</li><li>Maintain resident records regarding medication distribution, incidents and observations.</li><li>Initiates emergency measures according to facility policy.</li><li>Understand and ensure compliance with all Federal (Title 22) and state regulations concerning the department (training provided)</li><li>Demonstrate knowledge of infection control, i.e., adequate hand-washing, blood borne pathogens procedures, universal precautions, etc.</li><li>Perform administrative requirements, such as completing necessary forms, reports and submit these as may be required.</li><li>Provide basic patient care</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>At least 6 months of related experience and/or training, preferably working with seniors in assisted living, home health, rehabilitation or other long term care environment.</li><li>Be in good health (physically and mentally; able to perform required tasks)</li><li>Must be criminally cleared via DOJ and FBI Live Scan process prior to employment.</li><li>Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.</li></ul>Looking a Med Tech for a Part Time AM/PM/NOC able to work Flexible schedule and weekends.Located on 3360 Magnolia Ave Long Beach CA 90806Job Type: Part-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Retirement plan</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>8-hour shift</li><li>Day shift</li><li>Evening shift</li><li>Holidays</li><li>Night shift</li><li>Weekends as needed</li></ul>Work Location: In personJob Type: Part-timePay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Retirement plan</li></ul>Work Location: In person
