About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to join our Karachi, Pakistan office and help craft intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling digital experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong balance of user-centered design thinking, advanced prototyping skills, and hands-on experience with modern design systems and tools.You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant user experiences across web and mobile platforms.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications using modern UX methodologies</li><li>Conduct UX research, user interviews, usability testing, and data-driven design validation</li><li>Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs</li><li>Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries</li><li>Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect UI implementation</li><li>Apply accessibility (WCAG) and usability standards across all designs</li><li>Analyze user behavior using tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel</li><li>Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, AI-driven design tools, and emerging interaction patterns</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design</li><li>Strong proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Variants, Design Systems)</li><li>Experience with UX research methods and usability testing</li><li>Solid understanding of responsive design, mobile-first UX, and interaction design</li><li>Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks (for design-dev collaboration)</li><li>Experience designing for SaaS platforms, dashboards, or complex workflows</li><li>Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving and UI craftsmanship</li></ul>Preferred / Bonus Skills<ul><li>Experience with AI-assisted design tools</li><li>Motion design skills (Framer, Principle, After Effects, Lottie)</li><li>Experience with Agile / Scrum product teams</li><li>Knowledge of Design Tokens &amp; Component-based design systems</li></ul>Tools &amp; Technologies We Use<ul><li>Figma, FigJam</li><li>Adobe Creative Suite</li><li>Framer, ProtoPie</li><li>Miro, Notion, Jira</li><li>Google Analytics, Hotjar</li><li>Zeplin / Storybook (design-dev handoff)</li></ul>Why Join Us<ul><li>Work on global products with real-world impact</li><li>Collaborative and growth-oriented design culture</li><li>Competitive salary aligned with market standards in Pakistan</li><li>Career growth, learning opportunities, and exposure to modern UX challenges</li></ul>How to ApplySubmit your resume and portfolio showcasing UI/UX case studies and design systems you&rsquo;ve worked on.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
