Senior UI/UX Designer (Figma, UX Research, Design Systems)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to join our Karachi, Pakistan office and help craft intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling digital experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong balance of user-centered design thinking, advanced prototyping skills, and hands-on experience with modern design systems and tools.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications using modern UX methodologies
• Conduct UX research, user interviews, usability testing, and data-driven design validation
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect UI implementation
• Apply accessibility (WCAG) and usability standards across all designs
• Analyze user behavior using tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel
• Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, AI-driven design tools, and emerging interaction patterns

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
• Strong proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Variants, Design Systems)
• Experience with UX research methods and usability testing
• Solid understanding of responsive design, mobile-first UX, and interaction design
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks (for design-dev collaboration)
• Experience designing for SaaS platforms, dashboards, or complex workflows
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving and UI craftsmanship

Preferred / Bonus Skills

• Experience with AI-assisted design tools
• Motion design skills (Framer, Principle, After Effects, Lottie)
• Experience with Agile / Scrum product teams
• Knowledge of Design Tokens & Component-based design systems
