Key Objectives of this Role</div><ul><li>Own the Global CO Template: Standardize cost structures, costing variants, cost center hierarchies, overhead allocation logic, and profitability frameworks across all Visteon entities.</li><li>Ensure High-Quality Rollouts: Lead blueprinting, build, SIT/UAT, cutover preparation, and hypercare for CO processes at every site.</li><li>Drive Cost Transparency Across the Value Chain: Establish accurate product costing, variance analysis, and profitability reporting integrated with manufacturing and logistics.</li><li>Strengthen Financial Planning, Forecasting &amp; Reporting: Build robust cost controlling capabilities that support budgeting cycles and site-level financial performance.</li><li>Cross-Functional Leadership: Ensure seamless integration with FI, MM, DTS, EWM, and SD for end-to-end accuracy of costs and variances.</li><li>Reduce Complexity &amp; Increase Automation: Move Visteon toward standardized cost models with minimal customizations and optimized costing runs.</li><li>Capability Building: Grow internal capability by coaching analysts and finance teams on costing, allocations, and profitability logic.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>

System Deployment &amp; Program KPIs</div><ul><li>On-time completion of CO blueprint, build, SIT/UAT, and go-live for each rollout.</li><li>Clean integration design with no CO-impacting defects at go-live.</li><li>Defect leakage rate from SIT UAT go-live.</li><li>Quality and completeness of CO design documentation and cost reporting frameworks.</li><li>Stabilization score during hypercare for costing, ML/PPV, and variance postings.</li></ul><div>
Costing &amp; Operational KPIs</div><ul><li>Accuracy of standard cost calculations for materials and finished goods.</li><li>Timeliness and accuracy of month-end cost allocations and settlements.</li><li>Reduction in costing-related manual adjustments.</li><li>PPV control and variance classification accuracy.</li><li>Accuracy of production order settlement, WIP calculation, and overhead application.</li></ul><div>
Profitability &amp; Reporting KPIs</div><ul><li>Accuracy and reliability of COPA / Margin Analysis reporting.</li><li>Integration accuracy of revenue, cost of goods sold, variances, freight, and overheads.</li><li>Stakeholder satisfaction from controllers, CFO/CAO, and operations leadership.</li></ul><div>
