Mission of the Role: Serve as a trusted partner and extension of the CEO, enabling effective leadership across a complex global enterprise operating across multiple regions and time zones. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, anticipation, and executive presence, going beyond administrative execution to ensure disciplined decision-making and reliable CEO support.

Enable CEO Effectiveness in an Always-On Global Environment

Ensure the CEO can operate effectively across regions and time zones by structuring priorities, information flow, and responsiveness with sound judgment and discretion.

Filters, prioritizes, and sequences requests so CEO time is focused on matters requiring executive judgment and decision-making

Anticipates needs and prepares the CEO in advance of key meetings, travel, and decisions

Maintains awareness of CEO-related matters across regions and responds appropriately to urgent issues

Independently resolves routine and operational matters without escalating to the CEO

Drafts and refines executive correspondence, presentations and talking points, accurately reflecting the CEO’s voice, intent, and strategic priorities
Orchestrate Executive and Board Governance

Enable well-prepared, outcome-oriented decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.

Coordinates Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team meetings ensuring agendas, materials, and follow-ups are prepared with accuracy, discretion, and timeliness

Monitor and escalate Board‑related communications as well as other critical or time‑sensitive correspondence, ensuring the CEO is promptly informed and that each item is routed, prioritized, and addressed with appropriate urgency and discretion

Deliver Seamless Global Calendar, Travel and Execution

Ensure flawless execution across a dynamic, globally distributed schedule while protecting CEO time and focus.

Own and manage the CEO’s complex global calendar with foresight, discipline, and proactive prioritization.

Anticipates and resolves travel disruptions by effectively leveraging systems, resources, and vendor partnerships.

Adjusts plans in real time to minimize disruption to CEO productivity
Drive Seamless, Technology-Enabled Execution

Improve execution quality and efficiency across the CEO office and supported leadership teams.

Coordinate multiple concurrent projects and initiatives across regions, ensuring alignment, composure, and on‑time delivery.

Manages overlapping timelines and shifting priorities identifying risks and adjusting sequencing.

Leverages technology and AI to synthesize information, draft executive correspondence and materials, track actions, and improve follow-through.

Elevate the performance and capability of the Executive Support team, by applying AI and automation to improve efficiency and scalability.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Issue Resolution Rate (Pre-Escalation): High percentage of operational issues resolved independently without requiring CEO intervention.

CEO Decision Readiness: Majority of CEO engagements prepared in advance with clear context, materials, and defined decision points.

Zero-Surprise Execution: Critical meetings and events executed smoothly with no avoidable last‑minute issues escalated to the CEO.
Qualification, Experience and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree required

+5 years of experience in global organizations supporting the CEO and ideally experience supporting C-suite executives.

Experience supporting Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team decision discipline.
