What You&rsquo;ll Do

As our HR Generalist, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in shaping a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace. Your responsibilities will include:

<li>Lead full‑cycle recruiting, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding top talent who keep our operations running strong</li>
<li>Support DOT compliance, including driver qualification files and testing programs</li>
<li>Administer leaves and benefits, including FMLA, state leaves, enrollments, and ongoing employee support</li>
<li>Partner on HR programs such as performance management, training, and professional development initiatives</li>
<li>Be a trusted employee resource, providing coaching, conflict resolution, and supporting investigations as needed</li>
<li>Champion employee engagement, gathering feedback and helping implement culture and engagement initiatives</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and compliant HR records, ensuring alignment with employment laws and best practices</li></ul></div>
