Our services have grown to include CCTV Inspection, Cure-In-Place Pipe, Cementitious/Epoxy Manhole Lining & Grouting. Headquartered in Pewaukee, WI, Visu-Sewer is a national organization which serves the underground construction community in the Mid-west and beyond. What You’ll Do

As our HR Generalist, you’ll play a key role in shaping a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace. Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding top talent who keep our operations running strong
• Support DOT compliance, including driver qualification files and testing programs
• Administer leaves and benefits, including FMLA, state leaves, enrollments, and ongoing employee support
• Partner on HR programs such as performance management, training, and professional development initiatives
• Be a trusted employee resource, providing coaching, conflict resolution, and supporting investigations as needed
• Champion employee engagement, gathering feedback and helping implement culture and engagement initiatives
• Maintain accurate and compliant HR records, ensuring alignment with employment laws and best practices
